Valecasa designed and delivered a full outdoor furnishing concept for Terasa U Prince, a rooftop restaurant in the heart of Prague where materials must perform under constant exposure to sun, wind, rain, and seasonal change. The seating system was developed using high-grade synthetic rattan chairs, selected for long-term durability and structural stability in demanding rooftop conditions. Unlike natural materials that degrade quickly outdoors, the solution was engineered to withstand intensive daily use without frequent replacement.
We complemented the seating with solid teak tabletops and robust outdoor finishes chosen for weather resistance, longevity, and ease of maintenance. Every component was specified to ensure operational reliability while maintaining a refined visual language aligned with Prague’s historic skyline. The result is a rooftop environment designed not only for aesthetics, but for performance, minimizing long-term replacement costs while delivering consistent guest comfort year-round.
