Valecasa delivered a full reconstruction and interior fit-out for a private residence in Prague 5, working in close coordination with a local contractor responsible for plumbing and electrical upgrades while all interior elements were produced in-house.
The entire interior, including the Arabescato white marble kitchen, fully solid teak cabinetry, architectural joinery, doors, and furniture, was manufactured in Indonesia and shipped to Prague via a 40ft container. Designed as a fully integrated system, every component arrived pre-fitted and ready for installation.
The kitchen combines solid teak cabinetry with integrated Siemens appliances, Blum kitchen systems, brushed brass hardware, and Franke and Hansgrohe fixtures. Across the apartment, solid teak herringbone flooring, custom moulded doors, and stone finishes establish a consistent European design language influenced by New York and British residential interiors.
On-site installation was completed in just one week, supported by Valecasa’s structured assembly documentation and coordination with local installers. While many assume local sourcing is more cost-efficient, our vertically integrated approach allows full design control, consistent quality, and predictable delivery timelines across international projects.
This project reflects Valecasa’s global model: bespoke interiors manufactured in-house, shipped worldwide, and executed seamlessly with local installation teams.

"We were impressed not only by the design, but by how smoothly everything was executed. Despite being fully produced overseas, the entire interior arrived perfectly prepared, and installation took just one week. Working with Valecasa allowed us to focus on the project itself while they handled every detail with precision."
