Located in central Prague, Czech Republic, Deer Restaurant is a contemporary Czech dining concept defined by warm wood hospitality design and refined craftsmanship. Valecasa delivered a complete restaurant interior fit-out, producing bespoke seating, custom tables, architectural millwork, and a hand-carved hardwood bar tailored for a high-performance hospitality environment.
The interior is built around a rich natural material palette, featuring solid mahogany wood joinery, durable bengkirai wood flooring for heavy-use service areas, and real brass detailing throughout the space. Engraved deer motifs were subtly integrated across the custom woodwork, quiet references to the restaurant’s identity and symbolism, where the deer represents strength, nature, and heritage in Czech culture.
Every chair, bench, and panel was custom-made, with no catalogue furniture used. Materials were carefully selected for durability, longevity, and seamless integration with the architecture, ensuring performance under daily high-volume restaurant use.
The result is a contemporary wooden restaurant interior in Prague that balances atmosphere, craftsmanship, and operational efficiency, delivering a distinctive dining experience for both local guests and international visitors.
