Bohemia Goose is a brewery restaurant in central Prague, Czech Republic. Valecasa delivered a full custom hospitality fit-out, producing bespoke furniture and architectural joinery tailored to a high-volume restaurant environment, crafted in our family factory in Java, Indonesia.
The centerpiece is a custom solid brass beer tap tower, cast with the Bohemia Goose logo and finished by hand, the first of its kind produced at this scale. It is complemented by carved hardwood counters, velvet-finished green leather banquettes, and brass-detailed seating. Materials were selected for durability while reflecting Czech brewing heritage.
The restaurant has since become a popular destination for both Prague locals and international visitors and was featured by The New York Times.
