Located in the Netherlands, Dutch House is a private residence designed for a Dutch–Mexican couple. Valecasa developed the full interior concept around fluid spatial planning, sculptural forms, and a rich material palette.
Rather than strict minimalism, the project takes a refined eclectic approach, balancing Calacatta Viola marble, terracotta tones, warm wood finishes, textured plaster, and bespoke millwork. Dedar upholstery adds softness and depth, while the arched loose home bar introduces a more sculptural rhythm within the open-plan living space.
Bathrooms continue the same material language through hand-applied plaster finishes and durable stone surfaces. The result is a home that feels layered, warm, and highly personal without losing clarity.
