Valecasa is currently developing a full interior concept for a luxury apartment on Pařížská Street, Prague’s most iconic boulevard. Commissioned by Bauer Group, this project draws from classic Parisian apartment architecture—elegant proportions, ornate mouldings, and refined materiality—while integrating modern comfort and contemporary layout solutions.
The design will feature custom French-style interiors: carved detailing, curated chandeliers, and bespoke joinery that speaks to both the building’s heritage and the client’s vision. A balance of traditional craftsmanship and tailored modernity will define the space—from the gourmet kitchen to the en-suite marble bathrooms.
